After reading your latest attack piece I see that you still just don’t get it. Sure you and many others liked “Crash” more than “Brokeback Mountain. That’s a fair call, but someone with your long experience of Oscar machinations must see (if you take the blinders off) that more was at play this year than which movie was preferred. Just because YOUR movie benefitted from bigotry doesn’t mean you should be blind to the
role it played in such an ignoble victory.
